Thank you for visiting my website.  If you are looking for a one off handmade gift, you will find it here.  My name is Siobhán  and I will be the main exhibitor on this site.  Over many years I have seen some of the finest handcrafts from Ireland made by cottage crafters who seldom advertise or exhibit their work.  This website will be a platform to showcase these wonderful hidden treasures.  I have enjoyed travelling all around Ireland and discovering some of the most talented craftspeople in the world.  I will be exhibiting only what I love, so what you will find here are my own personal favourites.

I live and work in the beautiful border town of Dundalk, Co. Louth, in Ireland.  My first love is pottery but I also paint, design, sew, woodcarve, woodburn, and embrace all kinds of creativity, eager to try anything new that comes my way.  I am often amazed by what can be created by hand, straight from the heart. 

 

I design and make  “Céad Míle Fáilte” / “Fáilte” / “Welcome” /"Witamy" ceramic plaques. These can be made up in any language and look lovely in porches, halls, outside front doors or in gardens.  They are very popular for gifts going abroad and are presented in a hand-made hessian bag.  I also make ceramic heart pendants, Christmas decorations, platters and plates and I love making Irish cottages and fairy cottages, some with lights inside. 

 

Recently I have been making ceramic clocks,  and I have also increased my time creating ink art doodles.  I also love oil painting and I have been inspired and collaborated with wonderful mentors over the past 20 years.
